Everyone, wow! It’s been a rollercoaster year for me in the health department. I’ve had to rethink, recreate, and even rewind back a little just to get my bearings and some of my health back. It hasn’t been easy. But it’s all good. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger: right? So I’m hoping to come back in 2012 with more great books, and more contests, too!

In the meantime, I leave you with this wish for 2012: May your dreams be as big as your hearts, and your strength know no limits to reach them.  Be loved, be happy, and more than anything, be in good health. Cheers!!!!!!!!!
